WHEN: Saturday, November 15th, 1:30 - 3:30pm
WHERE: The Arc Lane County, 4181 E St, Springfield

Come join the fun and help your child write a letter to Santa. With help from some crafty Families Connected elves and parents, children will then receive a reply from Santa in the mail.

Families Connected and Familias en Conexión will provide all of the supplies, including an art station. Festive snacks will also be provided. Families just need to bring their creativity and willingness to have a fun time!

WHEN: Every Monday, 10am - 12pm
WHERE: Pearl Buck Center, 3690 W 1st Ave, Eugene

Join our warm and welcoming support group for expecting parents and caregivers of children birth to 24 months. Connect with others navigating the joys and challenges of early parenthood, share experiences, ask questions, gain helpful tips and get support during your child's first years. You're not alone-let's grow together!

WHEN: Meeting weekly, starting November 18th, 12 - 2pm
WHERE: Center for Family Development

The Center for Family Development is offering our popular Positive Solutions Parenting Group starting November 18th from 12:00-2 PM. The group will meet weekly at the Center for Family Development.

This group is for parents of 3-6 year olds and focuses on:

  *   Managing challenging behaviors
  *   Using positive discipline strategies
  *   Using practice approaches to parenting
  *   Building positive relationships
  *   Implementing successful family routines
  *   Teaching self-regulation and emotion-regulation strategies to children

This group is FREE for all participants thanks to a grant from the Early Childhood Hub of Lane County. The Pearl Buck Wrap Around services is a strength-based program, designed for families with cognitive limitations.

We offer in home family support, building parenting skills and community connection. We also provide parenting classes, parent support group, early screening/ASQ's, clothing closet, preschool, and community resources.
