Men's Communal Healing group
A safe space for men to explore self-awareness, practice non-violent communication, and build community.
This group meets every Monday from 4:00-5:30pm in the Yurt.

[NAMI Lane County | Springfield OR]NAMI Lane County will be hosting a Family to Family Class this Fall.
The class is eight weeks, free and confidential for all adult family members who are supporting a loved one living with mental illness.
