Join us for a screening of Cultures of Birth, a film that provides a compelling look at the cultural, social, and systemic factors shaping the journeys of Mayan mothers through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. By highlighting their voices and stories, the film invites viewers to reflect on healthcare disparities and the importance of cultural humility in supporting diverse birthing and breastfeeding practices. If you’re an employer with employees struggling to find open child care slots, the Child Care Availability Report is a tool at your fingertips to share widely with your workforce. It has our community’s most up-to-date information about child care openings for children of all ages, specific details about the days/times available, location, and program descriptions.

Onward and the Eugene Chamber of Commerce have partnered with Quality Care Connections, our local Child Care Resource and Referral agency at Lane Community College, to survey all licensed child care programs about their current openings and publish and share a monthly report.

The Lane County Diaper Bank is moving!

The office will be closed November 15-28 as they prepare to move into their new location.

This might affect diaper distribution locations until the move is complete.
