Want to tackle some spring cleaning or simply enjoy some downtime? The Arc continues to offer parents a valuable opportunity to rest and recharge through its monthly respite program.

This event is for children ages five to 13 years who experience a disability, mental health or behavioral health concern. Siblings who meet the age requirement are also welcome, even if they do not have a disability. Families do not need to be members of The Arc Lane County to participate, but must reside in Lane County.

AFFIRM Caregiver is an evidence-informed, 7-session, manualized intervention for parents and other caregivers of LGBTQ+ children and youth. The intervention focuses on enhancing compassionate and affirming parenting practices that help promote LGBTQ+ youth safety and well-being.

Join Options Counseling and Family Services for Parenting Through Change.  PTC is tailored for mental health and behavioral problems in youth ages pre-K through adolescence and supports families in facing complex challenges: defiance and aggression, delinquency, hyperactivity, school difficulties, problems with peers, depression and anxiety and more.

PTC is for: Parents of elementary and middle school youth who would benefit from support in managing their children’s behaviors and increasing school success.

The Arc Lane County Expands JumpStart with New, Bilingual Toddler Classroom

Exciting news! The Arc Lane County is expanding its JumpStart children's program with the launch of a brand-new toddler classroom opening February 23.

The first four spots have already been filled, and four additional openings will be available in early April.
This bilingual (English/Spanish) classroom serves children ages 12 months through three years old, and Employment Related Day Care (ERDC) is accepted.
