Hear a free talk on Neurodivergent Power at the Downtown Library! Regina McMenomy of Divergent Paths Consulting will chare how neurodivergent adults can unmask, rebuild, and thrive. In this talk, she reframes neurodivergence not as a deficit, but as a different operating system with its own strengths and challenges. Learn about how masking, burnout, and chronic self-doubt take a toll and how reclaiming one's natural way of thinking can lead to more sustainable work, relationships, and self-trust.

At Con Corazón Mental Health Services, our mission is to offer compassionate, culturally conscious, and trauma-informed care that honors the full humanity of each person. Rooted in personal collective healing, we support Spanish speakers, immigrants, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others from marginalized communities through therapeutic approaches that center dignity, connection, and liberation. The S.C.O.P.E. Team at Direction Service's Mental Health series is an all inclusive space for Lane County Youth (ages 14 - 25) to support mental health with free food, fidgets, drawing, and more! Meetings are on Wednesdays from 4pm - 5pm at 303 S. 5th St STE 150, Springfield. Meeting topics are Self-Care: More than a Bubble Bath (April 15th), Support Systems: Expanding Your Circle (April 22nd), and Supporting Our Mental Health: Putting it all Together (April 29th). Center for Family Development's Teaching Clinic offers mental health counseling for adults, children, adolescents, and families for whom cost is a barrier. The Teaching Clinic is staffed by intern therapists that are supervised by licensed therapists. Fees are on a sliding scale that is based on income, household size, and ability to pay. Call 541-342-8437 for a screening to get set up for services! Please note, these services are available to anyone to does not have OHP. Commercial insurance is accepted.

The Neurodiversity Family Support Night is hosted by parents and is open to all parents/caregivers, educators, coaches, direct support professionals, and anyone else who supports children and youth in Lane County. We want to help connect, support, and empower parents across Lane County with helpful resources and information.

[NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group logo] - Peer Connections Recovery Support Group -

A free, confidential and peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of other, and the groups are led by NAMI0trained facilitators who've been there. The Oregon Problem Gambling Helpline was established to effectively connect Oregonians to resources and help for gambling related issues. Trained professional staff members are available 24/7 to listen, answer questions, and refer people to free confidential counseling. If you or someone you care about wants to make a change to their gambling, you can call the Helpline and speak to a certified counselor who understands. Whether you just want to chat, get more information, or be referred for counseling, you'll be connected to the resources that are right for you. Community Dialogue is an in person guided, circle-style conversation designed to foster empathy, connection, and resilience. Cost is $10 at the door, no registration needed.

White Bird Dental offers walk-in clinics at 1415 Pearl St every Monday and Wednesday at 7:30am. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to our community. OHP will cover the cost of most dental visits. Those without insurance will be charged on a sliding scale. Please bring proof of income and photo identification. The Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) has partnered with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to coordinate a grant-funded program that will support the capacity of Oregon's rural health organizations by growing the Community Health Worker (CHW) workforce in rural Oregon. This is a grant program to fund the training of Community Health Workers for employment at rural health organizations, including hospitals, clinics, public health, EMS, and other community-based organizations. This scholarship will cover the tuition for the CHW training, a $1500 value.
