🏠 Join our work to make sure every rental unit meets HUD's Housing Quality Standards. Homes for Good is seeking detail-oriented Housing Inspectors to conduct inspections and ensure that homes are decent, safe, and sanitary for over 3,000 low-income community members.

🔍 The Housing Inspector will perform initial, annual, and special unit inspections for Housing Voucher and partner program units. You'll be a vital connection point by advising property owners and participants on maintenance needs, conducting follow-up inspections, and serving as a liaison between landlords and program participants.

Case Managers walk alongside individuals and families experiencing homelessness — helping them move from crisis to stability, from uncertainty to a place to call home.

This roll will:
• Support participants in overcoming housing barriers
• Help secure permanent housing as quickly as possible
• Connect clients to income, employment, health, and community resources
• Build relationships with local housing providers
• Use trauma-informed, client-centered approaches every day

This isn’t just paperwork and referrals.
It’s advocacy.
It’s problem-solving.
It’s walking with someone through one of the hardest seasons of their life.
