Most OHP members get their benefits through a local Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). OHP members can call their CCO and ask which pharmacy to go to. OHP members not in a CCO (known as OHP Open Card) or who do not know which CCO they’re in can call OHP

<p class="elementtoproof"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:black">PacificSource will serve current Lane County OHP members through the end of their contract. Please keep getting services as usual during this time. You can
ask your health care providers if they accept Trillium. After you move to Trillium, Trillium will help you access the services you need.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
