<p class="elementtoproof"><b><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:black">PacificSource will no longer be a coordinated care organization (CCO) in Lane County in early 2026. OHP members in Lane County covered by PacificSource
will have a new CCO: Trillium Community Health Plan (Trillium).</span></b><o:p></o:p></p>
