<a href="https://www.transponderoregon.org/yep">Youth Empowerment Project (Y.E.P.)</a> is committed to helping youth discover and define their own approach to leadership. Through intentional guidance and hands-on learning, Y.E.P. supports youth in building

 confidence, purpose, and a voice of their own.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black;background:white">The program serves two distinct cohorts (high school students ages 14–18) and (young adults ages 18–24)—offering tailored experiences that promote community building and self-empowerment
