<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The workshop will focus on how to support educators, with a focus on beginning educators, on coping with the stresses of the profession to lower burnout rates and chronic health conditions impacting job satisfaction,
retention, and ultimately educators’ ability to foster positive learning outcomes for the students they serve.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The first day will be professional learning with Francoise Mathieu. Francoise is internationally known expert on compassion fatigue and resiliency. The second day is by invitation only for teams to develop
action plans for taking the information back to their region/district. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
