<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Effective December 1<sup>st</sup>, 2017 PERS is requiring USERRA forms be turned in
<u>within 90 days of the date the employee returns to employment</u>. If USERRA forms are not turned in within the 90 day timeframe, prior year earnings interest will be charged to the agency. <o:p></o:p></span></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The DAS Centralized PERS Services Team will be working on updating our online USERRA resources to reflect this change in practice, but wanted you to be aware of the change as soon as possible.
