<p class="MsoNormal">Attached please find the PERS temporary rule filed with the Secretary of State on January 18, 2019. You can also find the rule on DAS’ rulemaking
<a href="https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Pages/rulemaking.aspx">page</a>. We will take the necessary steps to make this a permanent rule prior the temporary rule’s expiration in July.

<p class="MsoNormal">This rule deletes the former PERS “pick up” language and adds in language pertaining to the salary limitations (currently $280,000 cap) and 6% employee contributions that went into limited effect last year with more to follow in February
and June 2019.<o:p></o:p></p>
