<i>not </i>recalculate PERS contributions to include the whole months on run 2. This means entries need to be completed by run 1 (January 27<sup>th</sup>) to ensure employer contributions are calculated correctly. Entries for January entered after run 1 may
require P060 adjustments to be made since P010 updates made between run 1 and run 2 will not calculate contributions on wages that were paid on run 1.

<u>all retirees working in 2020</u> will need to fill out the new 2020 Fed W-4 and a state W-4. This is required since the calculation of the W4 changed in 2020 and changes to the P010 could make existing selections inaccurate. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b><u>and</u></b> State W-4 on file. If the employee does not a 2020 W-4 on file, then the payroll office will need to request them from the employee. We recommend the employee go into Workday and update their withholding elections.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
