<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">This slide was relating to an additional trustee-to-trustee employer voluntary contributions, not the IAP Re-Direct Voluntary Contribution. The state does not participate in this option, so this slide does
not apply to state employees. The PERS Expo is for all PERS covered employers and employees, and as a result some of the information shared will not apply to state benefits. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">We understand that some employees who attended the PERS Expo were confused by this and have contacted their payroll or HR shops to begin this contribution. To clarify, the only “voluntary contribution” the
state participates in is the IAP Re-direct Voluntary Contribution. More information can be read about this here:
