<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">This step is required due to Workday functionality. In Workday when an employee terminates, the PERS benefit enrollment is no longer active, and therefore not automatically withheld from payments. If the payment
was for PERS subject wages, then manual pay input entries must be made to withhold PERS before the check is issued.
