I received an email from a Datamart user asking if there was a
"duplicate payment query" available for use. Unfortunately, we don't
have one on the Repository.

It seems like this would be a great one to have out there.

Please contact me if you think you may have a query that would assist
this Datamart user and could potentially be made available on the
Repository.
