[Datamart-News] New Senior Datamart Business Analyst

[WALLACE Aaron * SCD SARS]

Hello Everyone,

 

I am pleased to announce that Aaron Wallace has accepted the position of
Senior Datamart Business Analyst.

 

As many of you know, Aaron has been a member of the SARS team for the
past four years and is an official CAFR season veteran. In addition to
supporting multiple agencies, he has been responsible for the following
CAFR assignments:  the complex Budgetary Comparison Statements; the
lengthy note disclosures on Capital Assets, Employee Retirement Plan and
Deferred Compensation Plans; and the Fiduciary Funds compilation. Aaron
has also functioned as SARS' resident expert on all things related to
SEFA, including database maintenance, answering agency questions and
working with Secretary of State auditors. All of this combined means
that Aaron brings a strong working knowledge of SFMA and hands-on
experience building Hyperion queries to the Datamart position. 

 

Monday, September 28, was Aaron's first day in the new job; however,
because it is CAFR season, he will be doing "double-duty" until his
replacement is hired. Aaron is going to be very busy, but don't let that
stand in the way of congratulating him on his promotion. Aaron can now
