A few users have asked, "How do we access the Repository?" That is a
very good question.

We have recently added some valuable Repository information to the DAS
Datamart website.

Please visit our sight to learn more about how to access the Repository
as well as what each file within the Repository includes.

Subject: [Datamart-News] Repository Reports updated

Hello Everyone,

I am pleased to announce that we have reviewed and updated each report
within the Repository. We have done our best to keep the reports
standardize as well as keep up proper functionality. In addition, the
naming convention for queries accessing OSPA data has been altered to
make them more identifiable (ex. OSPS- Payroll FMLA).

The 'Repository' is a great tool to help share standard reports with
users on a statewide level. The purpose of sharing these reports is to
allow agencies to have an outlet to access reports created by different
agencies. Statewide Accounting and Reporting Services (SARS) cannot
guarantee these reports will function properly for each agency, due to
specific agency structure setups; however, please feel free to make
modifications to suit your agency.

The Repository contains many files, which access data from SFMA, ORBITS,
OSPA, etc. Thanks to users throughout the state, we continually obtain
more reports to help improve the Repository. I hope you will continue to
use these valuable reports in your daily work.

If you have any reports which you believe would be a good fit to join
this group, please send them, along with a detailed description, to the
Datamart support inbox at Datamart.Support at state.or.us
<mailto:Datamart.Support at state.or.us> .

Thanks,
