Based on the email below, agencies are in agreement that changing the
refresh date of the Datamart for the ARRA quarterly report is a good
idea.

 

Therefore, this week, we will update the Datamart, effective Friday
morning, April 2 rather than the usual Monday morning, April 5.

Hello Everyone,

 

As you may know, the third quarterly report under the American
Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) for the quarter ended March 31 is
due to the Governor's Office on Wednesday, April 7 by 5pm. Some ARRA
agencies have expressed concern about when the Datamart will update. The
Datamart's currently scheduled refresh would take place Saturday evening
April 3, 2010 and contain data through Friday April 2, 2010. The data
would be available after Saturday's load - which, in this instance,
would leave only a few days to finalize the ARRA financial information.


 

We would like to alter this load date to give agencies ample time to
finalize their ARRA reporting requirements.  

 

Therefore, we plan to provide updated Datamart information, effective
Friday morning, April 2 rather than the usual Monday morning, April 5.

 

If you have any suggestions for additional alterations, please email
Datamart.Support at state.or.us, by Friday March 19, 2010 at the latest.
