[Datamart-News] Hyperion 11.1.2.1 - 'Error Message not found' solved

It has come to our attention that there is a new error message occurring
while running queries in the latest IR Studio version (11.1.2.1), which
was available on our website (http://dasapp.oregon.gov/datamart/) in
November 2011.

The error message that displays is 'Error message not found'. 

You do not have to worry about this error because we have already
figured out why this is occurring. A simple change to your OCE file will
fix this issue and you can go back to running your queries with no
issues.  The "Disable asynchronous processing" box must be checked.

Here are the instructions to modify and update your OCE's:

-Open the IR Studio application and close the welcome pop up box by
clicking "Cancel".
-Go to the 'Tools' menu, select 'Connection', then select 'Modify'.
-Find the desired oce and select open. (The Database Connection Wizard
pop up window will be displayed.)
-Click the 'Next' button once and then login by inputting your Datamart
user name and password.
-Click the 'Next' button until you come to the below screen.
 

-Check the 'Disable asynchronous processing' box (selecting this option
will resolve your query issue) 
-Select the 'Next' button and finally select the 'Finish' button.
-Save and replace your oce. 

Complete these steps for all your oce's. Making this change to your
oce's will not impact earlier versions.
