Month 13 is a crucial time of the year for the State of Oregon and the Datamart is always trying to help in any way we can. Below are some important month 13 dates:

Datamart Update Schedule - YE Tables: (includes 'YE GL Detail' and 'YE GL Summary' tables)

Tuesday: 07/16/13, 07/23/13, 07/30/13, 08/06/13

Thursday: 07/18/13, 07/25/13, 08/1/13, 08/08/13

Saturday: 07/20/13, 07/27/13, 08/03/13, 08/10/13

Note: Data is loaded the evening of the above dates and is viewable the following day.


Datamart update of the table called "YE Active Accounting Event".

-Updates Wednesday nights during the last three weeks of M13
-Contains only FY 2013 data
-Available for viewing the following Thursdays: 07/25/13, 08/01/13, & 08/08/13
