[Datamart-News] OPSA Datamart field update (new)

The OSPS Datamart has some new fields within the 'Labor Cost' tables. They are the 'Rept Dist Code' and 'Pay Dist Code'.

These fields will contain data starting with the September pay period and going forward.

The fields will show up in all 'OSPS Labor Cost' tables; however, you will need to complete a 'Sync with Database' operation for the fields to show in previous created queries.

'REPT DIST CODE' Definition: A code established by the agency for the identification of divisions/units for the purpose of personnel report distribution and subtotals. Corresponds to the "RDC" field in PPDB. OSPA Screen Reference: P030

'PAY DIST CODE' Definition: Also called the "check distribution code". An optional field for agencies to define the work group to which an employee is assigned. Corresponds to the "PAY DISTR" field in PPDB.
