The OSPS Datamart changes were a success. We now only have one of each OSPS table instead of four.
As a reminder, you must update your old queries that pointed to the OSPS file extension tables (_B, _PB, and _PP), as described below.
In addition, we have a few Repository files that still point to the old tables; however, I will be fixing them this week. The ACA query is already fixed.
Thanks for your patience and please let me know if you have any questions.

Subject: [Datamart-News] OSPS Datamart (upcoming changes)
It has been determined that there is no longer a need to cut up the OSPS Datamart tables into four separate views. In the best interest of the user as well as the Datamart, we will be eliminating the three extra file extension views (_B, _PB, and _PP) within OSPS.
Going forward, there will be only one OSPS Datamart table for each view of the OSPS data and will contain no extension. The data in each table (listed below) will contain the full information of the OSPS Datamart.
Updated OSPS table names (starting Aug 11, 2017 - July payroll load):
OSPS_Ded - 07/01/11 to 06/30/19
OSPS_Js_Lab_Adj - 07/01/11 to 06/30/19
OSPS_Labor_Cost - 07/01/11 to 06/30/19
OSPS_Lv_Accrual - 07/01/11 to 06/30/19
OSPS_Net_Pay - 07/01/11 to 06/30/19
OSPS_Work_Sched - (will not change)
It will be important to update your queries that are using the old file extensions (_B, _PB, and _PP). These queries must be updated to point to the OSPS table with no file extension. Make sure to go into the properties of the table (double click on the top of the table) and alter the 'physical name' to contain no extension.
With this change, it has become more important to make sure each OSPS query has at least two filters. One is 'Agency' and the other is a time period such as 'Pay Period End', 'Pay Proc Date', etc. These two filters will allow your query to run at its' optimal level.
The move to the new view of the OSPS Datamart will occur with the transition of the biennial date change on Aug 11, 2017.
Please email Datamart Support, if you have any questions.
