[Datamart-News] Datamart table update

[Datamart Support * DAS]

We are always working to bring new fields to the Datamart and we have another great update for SFMS users.

The SFMS Datamart 'Agency code' tables (1, 2, & 3) will be updated with new fields the evening of January 05, 2018 and the new data will be available for view Monday, January 08, 2018.

These tables mirror the D26, D27, & D36 screens in RSTARS.

The updated 'Agency Code 1' fields are as follows:

*         Agency

*         Agency Code 1

*         Status Code

*         Last Proc Date Agy Cd 1

*         Eff Beg Date Agy Cd 1

*         Eff End Date Agy Cd 1

*         Agency Code 1 Ttl

*         Udate No

*         Fiscal year

*         Load Date Agy Cd 1

The updated 'Agency Code 2' fields are as follows:

*         Agency

*         Agency Code 2

*         Status Code

*         Last Proc Date Agy Cd 2

*         Eff Beg Date Agy Cd 2

*         Eff End Date Agy Cd 2

*         Agency Code 2 Ttl

*         Udate No

*         Fiscal year

*         Load Date Agy Cd 2

Please make sure you prepare for this update. Once the update is complete, the new fields will become available to use even on previously created queries; however, a 'Sync with Database' operation must be complete.
