Good morning,

The biennium roll over program that ran last Friday night, June 30th, accidently ran again last night.  It was discovered this morning when staff arrived to work.  Because this has never happened before, we did not know what the ramifications to the tables involved were until we could perform research.  The good news is, the FY2018 rows on all ten financial tables were not touched by the program so agencies are safe to move forward with adding transactions in SFMA.  The results of the program running were that it created FY2019 rows in the five tables below that should not have had these rows created until June 30, 2018:


1.     Project Financial

2.     Grant Financial

3.     Document Financial

4.     Contract Financial

5.     Cash Control

SFMS staff have written a work request to have the IT staff remove these FY2019 rows from these five tables in SFMA.  This work will not be complete today due to a lack of time.  This will cause the Datamart to load these extra rows this weekend.  Once the rows have been removed from the Production tables in SFMA, the Datamart will automatically remove these rows with the subsequent load.  These rows should not cause agencies any problems on the Datamart since they are for FY2019.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience that this caused agencies this morning.  I appreciate how patient everyone was while we analyzed the ramifications and came up with a solution.  If you have further questions or concerns regarding what happened, please contact me directly.  Thank you.
