[Datamart-News] New Repository File

The new 'Contracts' Hyperion file has been tested, loaded to the Repository, and is ready to go. This file creates two 'Contract' reports, which show balances and detailed payments of an agency's Contracts.

Remember that all agencies are very different in structure, so please make sure to confirm the information is working properly for your agency.

In addition, please let me know if there are any issues with the file, so they can be corrected as soon as possible.

If you are unfamiliar with how to access the Repository, please see the Datamart website for instructions: http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/AcctgSys/Pages/datamart.aspx#reports

Subject: [Datamart-News] New Contracts Repository query

Datamart users,

I am constantly looking to increase the amount of files contained in the Datamart Repository. These files/queries can help users on a statewide level by providing well-made templates.

Recently, I have been working on creating a new 'Contracts' query, which pulls an agencies contract information (Balance and payment data). I am looking for volunteers with Contract experience that would like to help test the new file. I am well aware that all agencies are different, which is why I need some testers for this new file.

If you are interested in helping with the testing, please send an email to the Datamart support inbox (Datamart.support at oregon.gov<mailto:Datamart.support at oregon.gov>).

Thanks,
Aaron Wallace
