[Datamart-News] SFMS Datamart table update

[Datamart Support * DAS]

We are always working to bring new fields to the Datamart and we have another great update for SFMS users.

The SFMS Datamart 'Grant No' table will be updated with new fields along with the 'Agy Obj' table on June 8 at 2pm.

This table is a mirror of the D47 screen in RSTARS.

The 'Grant No' new fields are as follows:

*         Grant No Desc

*         Gr Ph Bud Lvl Ind

*         Agy Bud Gr Lvl Ind

*         Gr Address1

*         Gr Address2

*         Gr Address3

*         Gr City

*         Gr State

*         Gr Zip Code

*         Gr Zip Plus4

*         Grant Award Date

*         State Appl Id

*         Loc Ref No

*         Manager

*         Appl Status

*         Appl Due Date

*         Appl Dec Date

*         Grantor Grant No

*         Eff Start Date Gr

*         Eff End Date Gr

*         Last Proc Date Gr

Please make sure you prepare for this update. Once the update is complete, the new fields will become available to use, on previously created queries, once a 'Sync with Database' operation is complete.

Subject: [Datamart-News] Agy Obj table update

On 5/19/17, at 2pm, we will be updating the 'Agy Obj' table within the SFMS Datamart. This process should only take a few minutes. Once complete, the 'Agy Obj' table will contain the following additional fields:


*         Agy Obj Ind

*         Agy Obj Type

*         Eff Beg Date Ao

*         Eff End Date Ao

*         Last Proc Date Ao

These new fields mirror the D11 screen in RSTARS.

Please make sure to complete a 'Sync with Database' operation on any previously created query, which uses the 'Agy Obj' table. This will allow the new fields to populate.

To complete a 'Sync with Database', click on the query section, click on 'DataModel' menu, then select 'Sync with database'. If you are not logged into an oce, it will prompt you to log in. Once logged in, it will update the file, which normally only takes a few seconds.
