Subject: [Datamart-News] Datamart table update (payment control)

We are always working to bring new fields to the Datamart and we have another great update for SFMS users.

The SFMS Datamart 'Payment Control' table will be updated with new fields and will be available for view Monday, March 05, 2018.

This table mirrors the 47 screen in RSTARS.

Update Notes:

- The new datamart table will be called SFMSPUSR.PAYMENT_CONTROL. It will be loaded weekly and contain a complete view of the Datamart.

- The existing SFMSARCH.PAYMENT_CONTROL table will no longer be available.

- The 2 special views - SFMSPJUD.PAYMENT_CONTROL and SFMSPSEC.PAYMENT_CONTROL will also no longer be available.

-
Please make sure you prepare for this update. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks,
Aaron Wallace

Subject: [Datamart-News] Datamart table update

The 'TC28A' and 'TC28B' SFMS Datamart tables are being updated. They will contain the complete range of fields based on the RSTARS system screens.

The 'go live' date for the tables to contain a complete range of fields will be March 5, 2018.

Once the update is complete, please make sure to change any older queries to contain the new fields. This can be done with a 'Sync with Database' operation. To complete a 'Sync with Database', you click on the query section, click on 'DataModel' menu, then select 'Sync with database'. If you are not logged into an oce, it will prompt you to log in. Once logged in, it will update the file, which normally only takes a few seconds.

Thanks,
