Just wanted to follow up and remind everyone that there is just over one week left prior to the below implementation. Please review all processes that may be affected.

Datamart users,
I want to let you know of two work requests that will be implemented the weekend of October 19.

1.     The following fields from the 'Gaap Fund' table will be added into the 'D23 Fund' table.

a.     Gaap Fund Type

b.     Gaap Fund Status Code

2.     The following fields from the 'ORBITS Rpt Level' table will be added into the 'Program Code' table.

a.     Cross Ref No Format

b.     Cross Ref Sys Gen No

c.      Cross Reference Descr

d.     Cross Reference Level

e.     Enabled Flag

f.      Suspense Flag
To clarify, the 'Gaap Fund' and 'ORBITS Rpt Level' tables will still be separate tables within the Datamart; however, fields listed above will also be added into the other tables.
Both of these updates will help with the behind the scenes of the new OBIEE application.

Please review all your internal processes that may be affected.
