[Datamart-News] OBIEE users at DHS/OHA

DHS/OHA OBIEE users,

As I understand, DHS/OHA tech department made an update to the DHS domain, which caused issues for users at the agency when trying to login to OBIEE. To fix the issue, each DHS/OHA OBIEE user needs to update their work (DHS domain) computer password.

Once the password is updated, please wait 10-15 minutes before logging into OBIEE to allow the system to sync.

As a reminder, DHS/OHA uses the standard OBIEE login with the "_SS" included. (Example: Jon.Smith_SS at oregon.gov)

If you have updated your work password within the last two weeks, you should be ok with logging into OBIEE.
