[Datamart-News] New SFMS field

The Datamart team has been receiving some questions surrounding the new 'facility' field that will be added to the Datamart in Jan 2022. Here are some additional clarification details.

To clarify, the 'Facility' field refers to the SFMS 'Agency Code 1' field. It is not a new field within SFMS, but it was not previously included in the Datamart 'GL Summary', 'Archived GL Summary' and 'YE GL Summary' tables.

Due to the confusion, we have decided to use the field name 'Agency Code 1'. These changes will occur until the dates displayed below.

A new field, called 'Facility', was recently added to SFMS. It will also be added to the Datamart on the following tables: GL Summary, Archived GL Summary and YE GL Summary.

The Datamart update will take place on Jan 8, 2022. Please make sure to update any processes that may be effected.

One week following the Datamart update, the OB1 change will occur. Therefore, on Jan 15, the new field will be added into OB1, on the 'SFMS - GL Summary', 'SFMS - Archived GL Summary' and 'SFMS - YE GL Summary' subject area.
