[Datamart-News] Year End table updates

As a reminder, below, is the Year-End table update info for the Datamart. It is also posted to the Datamart website.

Also, last year we changed the 'YE Active AE' table to update every Wednesday and Friday during Month 13. This schedule will continue for the foreseeable future.
