OBIEE tip:

Working with Linked Files:

When you have a file that contains a link to another file and you want to move the file or alter the name of the file. You must make sure to check the box that will 'preserve references to old name of this item'. If this is not complete, errors will occur and you will be unable to fully use the linked file.

In addition, if you have the linked file saved in your personal directory, another user will not be able to use this file as they would not have access to your personal folder. You will need to move all related linked files to a 'Shared Folder' for others to use.
