[Datamart-News] OB1 helpful info

OBIEE users,

Due to various updates on the OBIEE server, we need all users to clear their cache of the internet application they use with OBIEE.

For example, if you use Google Chrome, click on the 3 vertical dots icon ([cid:image002.jpg at 01D8320B.1742C330]) in the top right area of the screen, then select 'More tools', 'Clear browsing data', and make sure 'cached images and files' and 'cookies and other site data' is selected, then click 'clear data'.

These selections should help clear some issues that were not allowing the OBIEE 'Adobe Flash Player' patch to complete.
