Good morning,

SFMS is pleased to announce the successful completion of the 2023 financial archive.  The SFMA system is now available.  As mentioned in prior emails we will not have an expedited cycle today.

Agencies:  Thank you for your understanding, patience and willingness to plan ahead.  We appreciate your support.

Results for the 13 Financial Tables financial data-

  *   Before the archive these tables contained 852,080,682 rows.
  *   We successfully archived 160,595,413 rows (19%).
  *   After the archive these tables contain 691,485,269 rows.

The only financial table we intentionally did not archive is the Accounting Event.  This table is not included because we routinely move transactions from the Accounting Event table to the Inactive Accounting Event table, and from there they are included in the financial archive.

SFMA will have a batch cycle tonight.  The batch cycle  means that you are welcome to send in your interfaces and any transactions entered on line; we will process them tonight.  The SFMA Datamart has been updated and is available today.
