[Datamart-News] OBIEE query slowness (alert)

OBIEE users,
I wanted to let you know that I am reviewing the 'top 10 longest running files' report for OBIEE on a regular basis. I hope to help all users speed up their queries. This will help on a statewide level and can free up server resources.
There was an issue with the server running slow yesterday, due to a corrupt query. Datamart support was not alerted, so we were unable to help fix the problem. A lot of queries were running very slowly. When this occurs, please send an email to Datamart support, so we can review the issue. We want to make sure to provide the best possible service; however, we need your help.
When a query is running slow, please make sure to stop the query. However, do not click on the 'X' to close the internet browser, because it does not stop the file. You need to click on 'here' within the following Results section message:
