[Datamart-News] New Datamart table (OSPS)

Datamart Payroll partners,

We have completed a work request that created a new table in the Datamart. The name of the table is the following:

OSPSPUSR.OSPS_LV_CLEARING_ACCOUNT_BALANCE

This table can be used to find any leave balances that were moved into the clearing account (P420) in OSPA.  This data will not change as OSPA is no longer being updated, as of the end of December 2022.  For most this will be a tool to help with employees who left state service prior to Workday going live in December 2022 or left state service in December 2022.  If an employee returns, you can use this table to see if there are any leave balances that would need to be restored, typically sick leave, as part of the re-hire process.  In addition, for PERS purposes you can also see leave balances the employee had when they retired.

Also, in OBIEE, you will see the new OSPS subject area: OSPS - Leave Clearing Account Balance.
