Subject: [Datamart-News] Workday: ER and EE update

Datamart Workday users,

We were made aware there were some transaction codes (see below) that did not have a Datamart 'Employee' or 'Employer' paid code defined.

"Workday rule - Employee and Employer costs": All transactions should be setup as coded to be an employee or an employer cost.

Workday has provided a fix for this issue, and we will be replacing the erroneous codes in the Datamart the weekend of April 13, 2024. The updated data will be available for view on Monday, April 15.

This will not affect the Workday system only how the Workday Datamart displays the data within the 'Payroll Register', 'Cost Earning and Cost Deduction', 'HCM Employee Payroll Register' and 'HCM Employee Payroll Register Arrears' subject area.

Here are the codes that are being updated. They will contain a '1' in the highlighted code column.
