[Datamart-News] OBIEE slowness (fix)

Note: Please make sure to add 'Agency' and 'date' ('Fiscal Year' preferred) to all query filters. This will help resolve these types of issues.

It has come to our attention that the OBIEE server is running slowly.

I have contacted the Data Center, and they will be restarting the server.

OBIEE will be down for approximately 20-30 minutes. All users will be removed from the system during this process.
