We are finally ready to load the fix for the AY issues for December 2023 payroll. We plan to load it this coming weekend (Mar 30). The updated data will be available for view Monday morning Apil 1.
The only data that is changing will be the AY field within the Workday Datamart for December 2023.
Thanks for your patience.

Subject: [Datamart-News] Workday Datamart - AY issues
It has come to our attention that there is a new AY issue related to the December 2023 payroll runs. This AY issue is separate from June, as described in the email below; however, it is similar in nature as there are transactions with AY23 instead of AY25. The Workday team is working to correct this issue.
Thanks for your patience.

Subject: [Datamart-News] Workday Datamart - June run 2, AY25 update
Datamart users,
We have been made aware there were some transactions (see attached) that were loaded into the Workday - Cost Earnings - Cost Deductions (CECD Table) Subject Area of the Payroll Datamart for June run 2 (report effective date 7/11/23) with an erroneous Appropriation Year (AY). We will be updating the data to reflect the proper AY, so it matches the correct accounting data that was loaded into R*stars. The update will occur over the weekend and be ready to view on Monday, January 22.
To reiterate: this update has no impact on the payroll data loaded to SFMA during the period in question. It is only a correction to Datamart Workday data. There is no action or approval required by agencies for this change. Agencies may need to refresh any previously ran queries to capture the updated results, if they have not already manually accounted for the erroneous AY in their downstream reporting.
Thank you for your patience in getting this data updated,
Aaron Wallace
