[Datamart-News] Workday data update

The OSPS payroll system moved to Workday in Dec 2022. A configuration problem in Workday caused Object Code 3210 to be posted twice for some agencies on January run2, 2023 and February run1, 2023.

Since the initial transaction posted, various corrections have been made. The below transactions represent the final corrections. We do not expect Workday to process these transactions due to terminations, leave of absence, etc.

The data was loaded to the CD and CECD tables in the Datamart with a 'Rpt Effective Date' of 9/14/2023, which matches the date the data was loaded to SFMA production.
