[Datamart-News] Workday Payroll calendar update

Datamart Workday users,

We wanted to let you know that the 'Datamart Calendar for Payroll Data 2025' is now available. This calendar displays Workday 'Rpt Effective date' field information as well as special loads during the year. This calendar is subject to change.

As a reminder, the 'Rpt Effective date' field is very important as it will allow you to separate payroll run1 and 2 when building and filtering your queries. The 'Rpt Effective Date' field comes from Workday and is the calendar date the Datamart extracts are created.

This info is posted in the 'Workday Tables' tab section of the Datamart site (https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/AcctgSys/Pages/datamart.aspx).
