[Datamart-News] Renaming or Deleting Agents in OBIEE

OBIEE users of Agents,

Users have asked how to delete 'Agents' (scheduled files in OBIEE). It has been a mystery and even as an admin, I have not been allowed to delete. However, a user came up with some steps that should help.

Here are the steps:

  *   Click on the Agent without opening it, so it's highlighted
  *   Click on the "X" from the Menu bar
  *   Voila ~ Agent is deleted!

You can ignore the red box around Disabled.

If these steps do not work for you, it is ok to leave the Agents not active.
