[Datamart-News] New DM Workday field

Datamart Workday users,

It is my pleasure to announce a new payroll field for the Datamart Workday CE, CD, and CECD tables.  The new field is called 'SFMS Period End Date'. This field works similar to the old 'Pay Period End' field from OSPS. This will allow you to filter the field to obtain data from run 1 and 2 by inputting the final date of a month. For example, if you want January run 1 and 2 data, you simply input a filter as 'equal to' 1/31/2024.

Below, is another example showing agency 107 (CECD table) and the differences in date fields for July run1 and 2. As you can see, July run 1 has a 'Rpt Effective date' of 7/29/24 and run 2 is 8/12/24 with a SFMS Period End Date of 7/31/2024.
