Datamart users,

Recently we had a request to add the 'Ownership code' field to the Accounting Event tables. After some planning, research, and execution, we are ready to implement this request over the coming weekend. The field will be available, in the standard Datamart, Monday, 6/30/25. It will not be available in OBIEE at this time as the test environment is currently in use. We plan to add it to OBIEE at a later date.

The Ownership Code represents the Vendor business type. It can be a government entity, corporation, individual , employee, etc.

Having this information available will help agencies in the statistical reporting of payments made to different types of vendors and for the preparation of 1099 statements.
