We're pleased to inform you that the 2026 Datamart Calendar and the 2026 Datamart Calendar for Payroll Data are now available. The main calendar provides Datamart load info throughout the year, while the payroll version provides key information about the Workday 'report effective date' field. Both are subject to change as updates occur.

As a reminder, the report effective date is a critical field that helps you differentiate between payroll run 1 and payroll run 2. It helps greatly when building and filtering your queries. This date comes directly from Workday and reflects the calendar date on which the Datamart extracts are created.
