[Datamart-News] Training: Intro to Power Query

Datamart users,

We're pleased to announce a new training session, Introduction to Power Query.

This course provides a practical overview of Power Query and how it can be used to clean and transform data using Power Query tools. Participants will learn core concepts and hands-on techniques that can combine and reshape data for analysis.

In this training, you will learn:

  *   What is Power Query?
  *   How is the DAS Datamart structured?
  *   What are the steps to build a query?
  *   What are some ways to build a query with different tools?
  *   How can you convert a query from OBIEE?
  *   How are query tools different?

This session is ideal for anyone who works with OBIEE, Excel or Power BI Desktop and wants to streamline data preparation. We encourage anyone interested in improving their data efficiency skills.

  *   Section 1 contains the training presentation.
  *   Sections 2-9 include optional reference documents related to the training.

It is recommended that you review and download sections 2-9 before watching the presentation in section 1.
