<p class="MsoNormal">SFMS is pleased to announce the successful completion of the 2014 financial archive. Many thanks to those who made this process possible.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Enterprise Technology Services and Publishing and Distribution: Thank you for your coordination and teamwork, instrumental to performing the archive without significant technical problems.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">SFMS Staff: Thank you for your hard work, dedication and teamwork to help bring up the system so quickly.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The 12 financial tables that were archived housed 493,640,740 rows of financial data. This year we successfully archived 85,785,836 rows (17%). Since the beginning of this project in 2002, we have archived a total of about 830 million
rows. This means that, if we were not archiving data, we would have more than 1.2 billion rows of financial data on these 12 tables. After the archive, they now house 408 million rows of data.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The only financial table we intentionally did not archive is the Accounting Event. This table is not included because we routinely move transactions from the Accounting Event table to the Inactive Accounting Event table, and from there
they are included in the financial archive.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">SFMA will have a batch cycle tonight. This means that you are welcome to send in your interfaces and we will process them tonight, as well as any transactions entered online this afternoon. The SFMA Datamart is being updated now, and
we expect it to be available tomorrow morning.<o:p></o:p></p>
