The Accounting Technician 3 works with technical and professional staff to carry out general administrative support within the Accounting and Payroll Services section. This position provides payroll services to MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility and Hillcrest
 Youth Correctional Facility; assists with processing payroll of approximately $6,000,000 monthly for about 1300 employees. This involves application of agency payroll rules and procedures, including multiple collective bargaining agreements for employees located
 throughout the state. This position also assists with administration of Public Employee Benefit Board (PEBB) insurance programs, as well as payroll aspects of Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Oregon
 Family Medical Leave Act (OFLA), and Continuation of Benefits for Injured Workers (CBIW).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
