<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">It is called ‘Budget Actuals – Final’. This file is a basic version of the ‘Budget Actuals’ Hyperion Repository file. As a reminder, all OBIEE Repository files can be found in the following directory: /Shared Folders/Repository/Final/<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">Each time this file is used, make sure to update the Criteria section filters for 'Agency', 'AY' and 'FY'. Within the file, there are multiple Pivot views, which display data by Cross Ref Number, Compt Source Group
and GL Acct.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">I want to remind users that Repository files are only templates. They are a great starting point, which can be altered or expanded upon. Not all files will work for all agencies; however, you are able to save the
file to your own directory and add/subtract as needed. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
